SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH STYLE BY CAT, LLC
Service Policies
The client agrees to pay and has paid Style by Cat, LLC a fee of the agreed rate for their work and has signed up for a Style by Cat, LLC Package.
The stylist and client will agree on a 2-hour standard time for sessions. Once this time is established, it will be reserved.
The client booking the service will only secure a booking with the stylist once the fees quoted by the stylist for the service have been paid for.
Refund and Cancellation Policies
The client acknowledges and agrees that there will be no refunds or exchanges. All services purchased from Style by Cat, LLC are purchased by each client to be used within 12 months of the original signed contract.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment you must give us no less than 7 days notice before the appointment is due to start. If we can agree on an alternative future date any payment will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment but cannot be refunded.
If you request rescheduling or cancellation with notice of less than 7 days an admin fee of 50% of your service will be charged.
Appointment changes by Style by Cat, LLC - If, due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a need for Style by Cat, LLC to change the appointment, another date will be offered.
All items purchased through Style by Cat, LLC are FINAL SALE.
Relationships with Vendors
Style by Rachel, LLC does not act as an agent for any of the stores to which we may introduce you or accompany you for shopping. Style by Rachel, LLC has no liability for the quality, condition or performance of any goods which you may purchase during, or as a result of, the provision of services by Style by Rachel, LLC.
